Job description – Admin cum Receptionist
Job Overview:
The receptionist serves as the interface between a company and its customers, as well as, the management and employees. She does this with a high level of professionalism and courtesy that leaves a good impression and builds upon a solid reputation. She also provides a general administrative support such as scheduling meetings, handling transcriptions, printing, photocopying, and assisting the HR Team.
Responsibilities:
• Greets visitors
• Handles queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence
• Transfers calls when necessary
• Takes messages and ensures they are passed to the appropriate staff promptly
• Manages meeting rooms availability
• Receives and distributes mail or package to the appropriate staff accordingly
• Handles typing, printing, and photocopying of necessary documents
• Records and maintains office expenses
• Assists the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, termination processes, etc.
• Maintains safety and hygiene standards of the reception area
Skills
• Excellent in oral and written English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to handle office equipment such as telephone system, printer, computer, etc.
• Has good telephone communication etiquette
• Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Focused and has presence of mind
• Organized and resourceful
• Active listener
• Fast and eager to learn
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or any related field
• Prior experience with Microsoft Office
• Female

Pay: AED2,600.00 – AED2,800.00 per month
