Job description – Admin Assistant Accountant
Admin cum Assistant Accountant
• *Responsibilities**:
– Maintaining exact database of all employees and company requirement documents.
– Manage day-to-day administration tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee and HR records.
– Manage and ensure timely renewal of all employee visas and company related license.
– Prepare payroll, control correspondence, and take full responsibility for all annual leave and attendance records.
– Manage, record,and provide quote for all inquiries regarding attestation services.
– Arrange documents for delivery and collections.
– Manage and control the messenger and his schedules.
– Create invoices and directly manage payment collection from clients or indirectly through messenger assistance by following up.
– Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
– Issue receipts for the customers.
– Share credit report of customers to all concerned staffs every week.
– Be responsible to do all the works assigned by the senior accountant on time.
– Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing
– accounting data, preparing reports.
– Maintain digital and physical financial records keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, invoices, statements, etc.
• *Requirements**:
– Bachelor’s degree.
– Minimum of 2 years experience in administartion or accounting field.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Good organizational and accounting skills with attention to details.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong problem-solving abilities.
