Job description – Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and decision-makers.

Understand client needs and objectives to ensure timely and successful delivery of tailored solutions.

Upsell relevant products and services to existing clients to enhance business value.

Develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and identify areas for improvement.

Forecast key account metrics and maintain accurate reporting on account status.

Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on account performance and health.

Work closely with the Sales Team to uncover and pursue growth opportunities.

Proactively manage client requests, concerns, and escalations, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.

Drive client and staff retention strategies to foster organic growth and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.

Strong background in project management; experience in recruitment is a plus.

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable with CRM tools and data reporting platforms.
