What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sales Growth & Account Management (40%): Develop an expert knowledge of businesses within your assigned marketplace, and source new business. Work on contact leads and create a local contact list to grow your territory’s account base.

  • Client Relations (30%): Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and delivering tailored marketing solutions that help them achieve their goals.

  • Revenue Targeting & Forecasting (20%): Achieve weekly KPIs (meetings and pre-booking) and accurately forecast sales, ensuring that you’re meeting revenue pacing targets and maintaining clear records in Salesforce.

  • Collaboration & Creative Solutions (10%): Work closely with the Partnerships, Campaign Hub and Creative Solutions teams to deliver compelling and innovative marketing campaigns for clients.

You’ll Have These Skills And Experience

  • Demonstrate a track record of success in delivering sales targets and KPIs.

  • Experienced in selling to small and medium businesses.

  • Previous sales experience working within a radio, outdoor or digital environment preferred but not essential.

  • A positive, confident and resilient approach, with the desire to self-source new business leads and meetings.

  • A high degree of self-motivation and autonomy, and to also work as part of a team

  • Good understanding of the pattern of the sale from opening to close

  • Excellent listening skills that establish client needs, build excellent rapport and put the client’s objectives first

  • Ability to build a brief for the campaign support team

  • Proficiency in planning systems and skills to build effective campaigns

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and be able to record activity at all stages of the sales process from lead creation to winning and booking business

  • Excellent in diary and time management to work the territory efficiently


Master Strategic Sales and High-Impact Relationship Management

As an Account Manager, you are the primary engine for marketplace growth, responsible for identifying and securing new business across a diverse range of industries. You will act as a strategic consultant for SMEs and large business owners, translating their commercial objectives into powerful outdoor and transit media campaigns. By maintaining an active sales pipeline in Salesforce, accurately forecasting revenue, and collaborating with our Creative Solutions teams, you will ensure every client receives a tailored, impactful marketing experience. Your role is to simplify the complex and deliver results that keep both Global and your clients ahead of the competition.
