Job description – 2nd Engineer – HLPL DP3

Position: 2nd Engineer HL/PL DP3 Company: Star

Services LLC Location: Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates Contract

Details: Fulltime epc oil and gas offshore Star Services LLC is a

leading provider of integrated engineering services to the oil and

gas industry in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. We are currently

seeking a highly skilled and experienced 2nd Engineer HL/PL DP3 to

join our team. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Chief Engineer in

managing the technical operations of the vessel Responsible for the

maintenance and repair of all machinery and equipment on board

Monitor and maintain all systems and equipment to ensure safe and

efficient operation Conduct regular inspections and testing of

machinery and equipment Troubleshoot and resolve any technical

issues that arise during operations Maintain accurate records of

all maintenance and repair work Ensure compliance with all safety

and environmental regulations Train and supervise junior engineers

and crew members Participate in emergency drills and respond to

emergencies as required Report to the Chief Engineer and work

closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marine Engineering or related

field Minimum of 5 years of experience as a 2nd Engineer on HL/PL

DP3 vessels Valid STCW certification and DP Maintenance Certificate

Experience with EPC oil and gas projects in an offshore environment

Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations Strong

problemsolving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work well

under pressure and in a fastpaced environment Excellent

communication and leadership skills Fluent in English both written
