Job Overview

The Admin Assistant will play a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth communication and workflow. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and the confidence to handle both internal and external communications professionally.

Key Duties

• Manage and coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.

• Maintain accurate filing systems in line with office procedures.

• Provide administrative support across departments when required.

• Handle emails, calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.

• Assist with general office management tasks to maintain a professional work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.

• Must be based in Abu Dhabi.
