Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment and employer branding efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring HR professionals to gain real-world exposure in recruitment operations, while building strong foundational skills in a corporate setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview schedules and gather post-interview feedback in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Draft, format, and publish job advertisements across internal and external platforms.
  • Represent MillenniumIT ESP at university career fairs and recruitment events to promote employer branding.
  • Foster strong working relationships with educational institutions to facilitate student engagement and internship programs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support HR initiatives to boost the visibility and appeal of the MillenniumIT ESP employer brand.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A graduate or undergraduate student pursuing studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior internship experience (minimum 6 months) in HR or administration is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online recruitment platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional, team-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
