Job Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Human Resources Intern to join our growing team! This is a fantastic chance to gain real-world HR experience in a multinational work setting. Over a 6-month period, you’ll get to assist with recruitment processes, employee engagement programs, training coordination, and much more—all while learning from experienced HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews and training sessions
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and internal events
- Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records
- Collaborate with team members on recruitment campaigns and onboarding
- Learn about HR policies, compliance, and best practices in an international organization
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Nice-to-Have:
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or office administration
- Familiarity with recruitment tools or HRIS software
