Job Overview
We’re on the lookout for a visionary Head of Marketing to help scale our mission globally. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and social impact. You’ll take full ownership of our marketing engine—from shaping brand identity and driving performance to building a high-performing team and leading campaigns across continents.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute global marketing strategies tailored to local markets
- Own and evolve the brand’s visual identity, voice, and storytelling across platforms
- Manage performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to drive customer growth
- Lead and expand our SEO strategy to boost long-term organic visibility
- Build influencer and affiliate partnerships to extend brand reach
- Create content and campaigns that highlight the social and community impact of every booking
- Analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and ensure cost-effective growth
- Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse and driven marketing team
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience in international marketing, especially targeting Europe, North America, or Australia
- Strong grasp of paid media platforms and performance marketing best practices
- Hands-on SEO knowledge with a focus on long-term content strategy
- Data-driven decision-maker, comfortable with analytics and reporting tools
- Experience managing creative teams and/or remote cross-cultural teams
- Excellent English communication skills
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and content partnerships
- A background in travel, tourism, or socially-driven brands
- Cultural understanding of Southeast Asia, especially Sri Lanka or Cambodia

On-site role based in Katunayake, Sri Lanka or Siem Reap, Cambodia
Full-time | Monday to Friday | 08:00 A.M. – 05:00 P.M.
