Executive – Technical
The Executive – Technical plays a critical role in delivering product and process excellence within MAS KREEDA’s high-performance sportswear operations for Nike. Based in Biyagama, this position is responsible for managing heat transfer and bonding applications from development through production across Cut and Sew, Bra, and Engineered Knit technologies. The role focuses on building technical expertise, guiding production teams, and collaborating closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and innovation. By providing technical recommendations, reviewing supplier inputs, and aligning application processes with MAS KREEDA machinery and standards, the role supports seamless integration from development to bulk production. The Executive – Technical contributes to cost optimization, process simplification, and production flow stability while maintaining strict adherence to Nike quality requirements. This position also plays a key role in standardizing thermal application specifications, sharing best practices across plants, and supporting production readiness to minimize startup time and operational variation. Through hands-on technical support, audits, and problem-solving, the role strengthens manufacturing capability, product integrity, and customer confidence. The successful candidate will work in close partnership with engineering, industrial engineering, quality assurance, and plant teams, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, MOS practices, and operational excellence across MAS KREEDA’s global manufacturing network.
