Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer questions via live chat
- Provide accurate details on shipping options, rates, and services
- Help customers navigate our website and complete online transactions
- Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions or escalate when needed
- Track and meet performance goals around response time and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality support
- Maintain clear and organized records of interactions when required
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong written English skills with excellent grammar and fast, accurate typing
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with online platforms
