Job Overview
As the Client Experience Ambassador, you’ll be the warm, welcoming face that sets the tone for every visit to our boutique. In this frontline role, you’ll ensure a seamless and sophisticated customer journey—from greeting clients and managing appointments to supporting in-store experiences and VIP services. Your passion for service and eye for detail will help elevate the brand’s reputation for hospitality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, making every first impression count
- Manage the client queue and appointments, ensuring minimal wait times and proactive communication
- Guide clients through the boutique, introducing them to the appropriate team members
- Create a calm and inviting atmosphere with refreshments and personalized attention
- Keep client-facing areas pristine and ensure smooth traffic flow on the shop floor
- Recognize and acknowledge returning VIP and loyal clients with tailored service
- Coordinate with the sales and e-commerce teams to manage appointments, no-shows, and event calendars
- Support private client bookings, in-store events, and retail animations
- Assist in ordering and replenishing service-related stock, including refreshments and tools
- Identify client feedback and service improvements, escalating issues when needed
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Sinhala or Tamil
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Calm under pressure with a naturally warm and service-oriented personality
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with CRM tools and appointment systems
- Multilingual abilities
- Familiarity with the luxury market and clienteling best practices
