Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Production Engineer to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have a strong educational foundation in Production Engineering, Production Planning, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals eager to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting and grow into a key contributor to our production operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the planning and execution of production schedules to ensure optimal utilization of resources and timely delivery.
• Assist in monitoring production processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
• Support implementation of process improvement initiatives and cost reduction projects.
• Prepare reports, analyze production data, and provide insights to improve workflow and productivity.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of production planning and control methods.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles (Green Belt preferred, but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
