Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Partner Technical Advisor with 1018 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, NAV/BC, and associated integration tools.
The ideal candidate will provide deep technical guidance and advisory to partners and customers across Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations modules.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and NAV/Business Central.
• Provide expert-level technical consultation on Microsoft Dynamics product stack and integration tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client business requirements and recommend effective MS Dynamics-based solutions.
• Deliver architectural guidance, technical validation, and troubleshooting support for partner teams and clients.
• Act as a liaison between product teams and implementation partners to ensure alignment with Microsoft standards.
• Own and manage the complete lifecycle of solution delivery including configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
• Drive pre-sales support by preparing solution demonstrations and technical documentation.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, development frameworks, and compliance
standards.
• Conduct technical mentoring, code reviews, and capability building for internal and partner teams.
Key Skills And Technologies
• MS Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations)
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Microsoft Business Central
• Strong expertise in C/AL and AL programming languages
• Proficiency with integration tools and methodologies (APIs, connectors, middleware)
• Hands-on experience with Visual Studio Code and Azure DevOps
• Solid knowledge of SQL and Power BI for data modeling and reporting
• Understanding of Microsoft cloud infrastructure and Azure services
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Ability to produce and manage high-quality technical documentation
