Job description – Outlet General Manager – Long’s Bar
We are currently seeking ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals to organize and lead a team that delivers top-quality Food & Beverage products with prompt, accurate, and personalized service.
As an Outlet General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant and bar, ensuring optimal results across all operations in line with departmental targets, policies, and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing the business plan and strategy
Creating a social media strategy to promote events and promotions, utilizing engaging content to increase online presence and interaction
Promoting an understanding of bar culture and the spirit of hospitality
Encouraging creativity and innovation among staff to enhance customer engagement and service
Organizing staff events and competitions to boost team cohesion and morale
Developing hiring strategies to attract candidates aligned with the pub’s culture and values
Implementing training programs focusing on service skills and cultural alignment, including mentorship
Supervising guest service to ensure maximum satisfaction
Aligning service sequences with Longs bar identity
Proposing seasonal menu changes based on guest feedback and trends
Maintaining physical areas and theme consistency
Building strong relationships with other hotel departments
Identifying training needs and planning accordingly
Conducting regular training sessions and evaluating team performance for promotions or transfers
Attending daily F&B meetings and ensuring effective communication
Preparing duty rosters based on business forecasts
Additional responsibilities include:
Monitoring external events and market trends
Analyzing competition and market conditions
Training staff on grooming standards
Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards
Organizing promotions and conducting post-event reviews
Preparing monthly reports and analyzing P&L statements
Submitting requests for furniture, fixtures, and equipment
Achieving at least 90% scores in mystery guest audits and market research
Operating safely and in an environmentally friendly manner
Complying with health, safety, and environmental policies
Managing budgets and monitoring expenses
Implementing pricing strategies to maximize revenue
