Job description – Digital Transformation Specialist
Results-driven WordPress developer sought to drive website performance and user experience.
We are looking for a highly skilled WordPress developer to lead the development of fast, responsive, and multilingual web platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in optimizing website performance, implementing modern UI/UX design practices, and ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Designing and developing high-performance websites tailored for a multilingual audience;
• Otimpizing website performance using caching, CDNs, lazy loading, and asset minification techniques;
• Implementing modern, mobile-first UI/UX design practices to ensure seamless user experiences across devices;
• Creating visually appealing landing pages and interface components that follow brand guidelines;
• Using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to design and plan frontend structures;
• Optimizing Core Web Vitals and improving PageSpeed scores for superior performance;
• Maintaining best practices in SEO and ensuring websites are accessibility compliant;
• Managing staging environments and deployment workflows;
• Handling technical configurations including DNS, SSL, hosting, backups, and website security;
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development;
• Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or custom-built solutions;
• Advanced design skills using Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar tools;
• Experience managing multilingual websites using WPML or Polylang;
• Familiarity with performance analysis tools: GTmetrix, Lighthouse, Google PageSpeed;
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO and responsive/mobile-first design principles;
• Comfortable with cPanel, SSH access, and DNS/domain management;
• Experience integrating third-party tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager;
