About Us

CC Restoration is a woman-owned, family-operated restoration company serving Colorado Springs and the surrounding area. We help homeowners and businesses recover after property damage caused by fire, smoke, or water. Our team values professionalism, respect, and teamwork. We are growing and looking for a dependable Lead Contents Technician to help guide field operations and support our contents restoration projects.

What You’ll Do
• Lead daily field operations including pack-outs, pack-backs, and on-site contents cleaning
• Assign tasks and direct technicians to ensure efficiency and accuracy on every job
• Use iCAT software to inventory, track, and photo-document client belongings
• Train and support new technicians on procedures, safety, and quality standards
• Ensure that all personal property is packed, labeled, and transported with care
• Communicate clearly with clients while on-site and maintain a professional presence
• Identify and document non-salvageable items and relay information to the project manager
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicles and warehouse space
• Report directly to the Contents Project Manager

Qualifications
• Minimum of one year of experience in restoration, moving, or packing
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a hands-on work environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to safely lift and move 50 to 100 pounds
• Comfortable working in environments affected by fire, smoke, or water damage
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Experience using iCAT or similar inventory software is a plus
• IICRC certifications such as FSRT, CCT, or WRT are a plus

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
