Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret required at time of application

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $135,000–$150,000 DOE (based on market averages + 10% premium for clearance requirement)

Overview

OSAAVA Services, a Service‐Disabled Veteran‐Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is seeking a Technology Project Manager to support our IRES (Integrated Research & Development for Enterprise Services) contract. The ideal candidate will lead the delivery of secure, enterprise-scale IT and cyber-infrastructure projects, coordinating across multidisciplinary teams within classified DoD environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead technical project planning, execution, and delivery in high-secure environments
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate with systems, cybersecurity, network, and infrastructure SMEs
• Ensure compliance with DoD standards (RMF, STIGs, etc.) and manage technical documentation
• Execute change and configuration control processes in classified systems
• Produce regular status reports and brief leadership, including government stakeholders

Required Qualifications
• Active DoD Secret clearance (valid at time of application)
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of experience managing complex IT/cyber projects in DoD or enterprise environments
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional technical teams
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
• Experience with DoD compliance frameworks and secure infrastructure design

Preferred Qualifications
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master)
• Prior experience in DoD or Intelligence Community contracting environments
• Cloud project oversight experience (Azure Government, AWS GovCloud)
• Familiar with DevSecOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines

• Base salary: $135K–$150K DOE
