Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE real estate, with a focus on team leadership and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Monitor and coach team members to enhance productivity and performance
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Track team KPIs and generate performance reports
• Maintain strong knowledge of current property market trends and projects
• Actively participate in client meetings and negotiations when needed
• Foster a positive and driven sales culture
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the UAE real estate industry
• Proven sales record and ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Strong understanding of off-plan and ready property sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Currently based in UAE with knowledge of the local property market
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
