Job Description
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer & Editor to join our team. As a vital part of our design team, you will assist in crafting visually engaging assets that align with our brand’s goals. Your role will encompass supporting senior designers, attending client briefs, and executing design projects under guidance. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about design, and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. You will work on a variety of design tasks, including digital graphics, multimedia presentations, and marketing materials. Responsibilities
Assist senior designers in developing creative concepts and design layouts.
Collaborate with the team to implement and execute design solutions effectively.
Prepare rough drafts and make necessary revisions based on feedback received.
Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure the brand message is consistent.
Edit and proofread design projects for accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
Work closely with printers to ensure the quality and accuracy of prints.
Compile final digital and print-ready files for production as instructed.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to enhance project outcomes.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to share ideas and improve outcomes.
Maintain an organized design library with all project assets and files.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet project specifications.

Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design or related field is desirable.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
Basic understanding of art design principles and brand aesthetics.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on creating visually appealing designs.
Ability to communicate creative ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.
Experience in multimedia editing and design software is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under deadlines.
