Job description – Junior Accountant, Male Candidate

Location: Qusais
Accommodation: Company will provide (Bachelor Sharing Accommodation)
Duty Time: Your regular working hours will be from Monday to Saturday (6 Days).
You will work split shifts from 08:30 am to 01:30 pm and 04:00 pm to 08:30 pm.

Experience in Auto Garage is Mandatory.

Responsibilities
Supervise all regular accounting processes such as A/P, A/R and Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts.

Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance with FTA & budgetary requirements.

Assist departments in the account reconciliation process (Cash/Bank & Credit Card) every month.

Follow up of receivable and ensure timely collections from individual/corporate/insurance.

Ensuring timely planning & processing of supplier reconciliations, vat compliant documentation & payment.

Petty cash handling.

Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.

Provide support to auxiliary schedules for auditing purposes as per assigned work.

Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.

Prepare journal entries and synthesize a common ledger for subsidiary accounts.

Provide support to the safekeeping of internal expenses in the company.

Monitor account reconciliation, tax, and calculations inclusive of cost accounting plus factory data recording processes.

Evaluate current methods and processes inclusive of upgradation of process development.

Completing analysis of the employee expenditures

Managing income and expenditure accounts

Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data

Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status

Supporting Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations

Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
