Job description – Sales & Service Administrator

Maximize customer’s satisfaction by providing professional services and consultancy while promoting service products to support Nano Purification Solutions mission & growth plan.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Invoices based on quotations provided.
• Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and service schedules.
• Liaise with internal teams to arrange services and spare part requirements.
• Monitor and follow up on backorders through to delivery and invoicing completion.
• Manage, update, and optimize service engineers’ schedules and daily job assignments.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the system and notify the Autocount Admin of updates.
• Process all relevant documentation to support sales and service functions.
• Provide administrative assistance and support to the sales and service departments, including handling email inquiries and directing technical queries to the appropriate team.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
• Procure parts for ad hoc purchase orders and service contract requirements.
• Ensure GRN and inventory records are updated promptly and accurately.
• Directly liaise with customers to confirm service appointments and follow-up actions.
Requirements Qualifications:
• GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ level / ITE / Diploma holders
• At least 2–3-years of experience in similar role
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Positive work attitude and willing to learn
• Good team player and communication skills
