Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Projects Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of medium to large-scale construction projects across Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to identify new business opportunities and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage site execution, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and budget.
• Ensure all project activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with design teams, procurement, and finance to ensure project efficiency and cost control.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and prepare detailed status reports for leadership.
• Lead tender evaluations, technical submissions, and subcontractor onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong client and consultant relationships.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and participating in proposal submissions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of delivery.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• MMUP certified (Grade A or B).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry in Qatar or GCC.
• Proven track record of delivering residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong understanding of local building codes, QCDD, Ashghal, and civil defense regulations.
• Skilled in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
