Torchy’s is a fun and fast-growing taco restaurant that started in Austin, Texas. We’re looking for friendly and energetic Assistant Managers to help run the restaurant and give guests a great experience. If you love food, teamwork, and leadership, this is the place for you.
What You’ll Do

Help run the restaurant smoothly with the management team

Make sure guests are happy and solve any issues

Support team performance and sales growth

Handle cash and daily reports properly

Follow food safety and cleanliness rules

Know the menu and how everything is made

Assist with food ordering and keeping it fresh

Keep the restaurant super clean

Lead and motivate your team
What You Need
-
2+ years of experience in restaurant or food management
-
Must have food safety and alcohol service certifications (or get them)
-
Willing to work at least 35 hours per week, including weekends or nights

Able to use a computer
-
Great at leading and training others
-
Bilingual is a plus
-
Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet for long hours
