About the Job:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to sell our software products. You will handle everything from finding leads to closing deals and helping clients after the sale.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Find new clients through calls, emails, events, and referrals

  • Show how our software works and explain its benefits

  • Create and send proposals and price quotes

  • Manage the full sales process from start to finish

  • Reach your sales goals set by the company

  • Keep records of all client interactions in the CRM system

  • Attend events and conferences to promote the company

  • Work with the marketing and technical teams as needed

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or similar

  • At least 2 years of experience in software or IT product sales

  • Proven success in meeting sales targets

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Familiar with CRM tools

  • Willing to travel for meetings and events

  • Self-motivated and goal-focused


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in selling SaaS, ERP, or custom IT solutions

  • Experience with government or large business clients

  • Ability to explain technical ideas in simple terms
