About the Job:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to sell our software products. You will handle everything from finding leads to closing deals and helping clients after the sale.
Your Responsibilities:

Find new clients through calls, emails, events, and referrals

Show how our software works and explain its benefits

Create and send proposals and price quotes

Manage the full sales process from start to finish

Reach your sales goals set by the company

Keep records of all client interactions in the CRM system

Attend events and conferences to promote the company

Work with the marketing and technical teams as needed

Stay updated on market trends and competitors
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or similar

At least 2 years of experience in software or IT product sales

Proven success in meeting sales targets

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Familiar with CRM tools

Willing to travel for meetings and events

Self-motivated and goal-focused
Nice to Have:

Experience in selling SaaS, ERP, or custom IT solutions

Experience with government or large business clients

Ability to explain technical ideas in simple terms
