Job Title: Customer Service Engineer – Ultrasound Equipment

About the Job:

We are looking for a Customer Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair Ultrasound machines. You will also support doctors and technicians, solve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Your Main Tasks:

• Install and repair medical imaging equipment (especially Ultrasound).

• Troubleshoot and fix equipment problems.

• Talk regularly with doctors and staff to update them on equipment status.

• Keep service records and complete reports on time.

• Help identify sales opportunities during customer visits.

• Follow company quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Biomedical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

• At least 2 years of experience servicing medical equipment like CT, MRI, X-ray, or Ultrasound.

• Good at diagnosing and fixing electronic/mechanical equipment.

• Comfortable working independently and handling after-hours/on-call duties.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Organized, motivated, and customer-focused.

Good to Have:

• Strong documentation and planning skills.

• Ability to work in different locations based on business needs.
