Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant

Location: Hyderabad, India
Type: Full-time

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant who has worked on at least 3 Oracle HCM modules such as:

• Time and Labor (OTL)

• Leave and Absence

• Global HR

• Talent Management

• Workforce Compensation

• Recruitment

You should be comfortable working with tools like Page Personalization, HCM Design Studio, Auto-complete Rules, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and HDL data uploads.

Key Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM modules

• Knowledge of approvals, checklists, position management

• Ability to create basic reports using OTBI / BI Publisher

• Familiarity with Oracle EBS R12 Core HR is a big plus

• Experience with Oracle Fast Formulas is preferred

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Soft Skills

• Good verbal and written English

• Ability to work well with global teams

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote or onsite environment

• Willingness to travel if needed

Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud to match business needs

• Help clients understand options, gaps, and solutions

• Build and test reports, workflows, and security roles

• Train end-users and prepare documentation

• Support sales by estimating work and offering expert advice

• Keep stakeholders updated on progress and issues
