About the Job – Admin and Marketing Manager

We are a fast-growing biryani restaurant with two branches in Jaffna and plans to expand. We are known for authentic taste, big portions, and high quality food. Now, we are looking for a smart and organized person to handle our admin and marketing work.


Your Main Work

Admin Tasks

  • Help run both restaurant branches smoothly.
  • Manage staff schedules, salaries, and leave.
  • Keep records and follow health and safety rules.
  • Track supplies and work with vendors.
  • Handle day-to-day operations and paperwork.

Marketing Tasks

  • Plan and run marketing campaigns to get more customers.
  • Manage Facebook and Instagram pages.
  • Create photos, videos, and reels for social media.
  • Organize promotions and loyalty programs.
  • Reply to customer reviews and feedback.
  • Help promote new branch openings.

What We Look For

  • Experience in admin or marketing (food or hotel industry is a plus).
  • Degree in marketing or business is preferred.
  • Good at organizing and managing time.
  • Can use social media and tools like Canva.
  • Some knowledge in finance is a bonus.
  • Can work alone and lead small teams.
  • Loves food and customer service!
