About the Job – Admin and Marketing Manager
We are a fast-growing biryani restaurant with two branches in Jaffna and plans to expand. We are known for authentic taste, big portions, and high quality food. Now, we are looking for a smart and organized person to handle our admin and marketing work.
Your Main Work
Admin Tasks
- Help run both restaurant branches smoothly.
- Manage staff schedules, salaries, and leave.
- Keep records and follow health and safety rules.
- Track supplies and work with vendors.
- Handle day-to-day operations and paperwork.
Marketing Tasks
- Plan and run marketing campaigns to get more customers.
- Manage Facebook and Instagram pages.
- Create photos, videos, and reels for social media.
- Organize promotions and loyalty programs.
- Reply to customer reviews and feedback.
- Help promote new branch openings.
What We Look For
- Experience in admin or marketing (food or hotel industry is a plus).
- Degree in marketing or business is preferred.
- Good at organizing and managing time.
- Can use social media and tools like Canva.
- Some knowledge in finance is a bonus.
- Can work alone and lead small teams.
- Loves food and customer service!
