- Book flight tickets using GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
- Help customers with travel plans and ticket issues
- Follow airline rules and fare guidelines
What You Need:
- At least 1 year of experience in the travel industry
- Experience using GDS systems
- Good understanding of airline rules
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala
Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality
- GDS certification is a bonus
