Job Role:
We are looking for a friendly and helpful Call Center Representative. You will answer phone calls, help customers with their questions, book appointments, and give information. You will also keep records and work with other hospital teams when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Good at talking to people and solving problems
- Can use a computer well
- Patient and polite on the phone
- Experience in customer service (healthcare is a plus)
- Passed O/Ls or A/Ls; customer service courses are a bonus
