Job Title: Tour Operations Executive
About the Job:
We are looking for Tour Operations Executive to help plan and manage tours for our clients. You will create travel plans, talk to guests, and work with hotels and service providers to make sure everything runs smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Create tour plans and costings based on client needs
- Talk to guests while they are in Sri Lanka
- Work with local hotels and travel partners
- Maintain good relationships with staff, drivers, and guides
- Help with other tasks given by management
What We’re Looking For:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in tour operations
- Good knowledge of Sri Lanka’s tourist spots
- Able to plan and manage tours on your own
- Can work well under pressure
- Good English speaking and writing skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office 365
- Knowing the OKLO system is a bonus
