We’re on the lookout for a motivated Hospitality Admin Officer to help keep our restaurant operations running like clockwork. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update food menus, including pricing and cost tracking
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate regular stock checks
  • Handle purchasing of kitchen and restaurant supplies
  • Manage vendor invoices and perform general administrative tasks
  • Track employee attendance and shift schedules
  • Support procurement and maintain smooth vendor communication
  • Contribute to maintaining a well-organized back-office system

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • Attention to detail and solid organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team

Nice-to-Have:

  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality administration
  • A degree or diploma in hospitality, business management, or a related field

Location: Pannipitiya, Kottawa
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-site, Full-Time)
