Job Overview
We’re looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the face of our office and the first point of contact for visitors and clients. If you enjoy working in a professional setting, have excellent communication skills, and thrive on keeping things running smoothly, this role is perfect for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests and clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls and emails with prompt and clear communication
  • Maintain appointment schedules and manage meeting room bookings
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
  • Assist with basic office tasks and ensure the front desk area remains tidy and welcoming

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Friendly, presentable, and professional attitude
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and email platforms
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Nice-to-Have:

  • Ability to communicate in Sinhala and/or Tamil
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role

Location & Work Type
On-site at No. 249, 1/1 Hospital Road, Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia, Sri Lanka
Full-time, Monday to Friday
