Job Overview
We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented Associate Supply Chain Management to join our team at Orion City, Colombo 09. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about data accuracy and supply chain excellence. You’ll work closely with our SAP systems, ensuring master data is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with internal governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret requests for master data creation or amendments
- Input and maintain master data in SAP with accuracy and consistency
- Validate incoming data for completeness and compliance with standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback on contract creation and vendor registration
- Follow established data governance protocols and documentation procedures
- Monitor and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for data management tasks
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Basic understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts and workflows
- 6+ months of experience in supply chain or data management functions
- Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business systems
Nice-to-Have:
- Studying or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Exposure to master data governance or vendor management processes
Location & Work Type
On-site at Orion City, Colombo 09
Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Based on Sri Lankan calendar)
