Job Overview
We’re on the hunt for an energetic and self-motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to drive student recruitment and amplify our brand presence. Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and enroll students, manage admission contracts, and guide them through the application process
- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, telephone, and on-ground promotions
- Build and nurture relationships with schools, colleges, parents, and prospective students
- Represent the organization at education expos, open days, and other promotional events
- Provide accurate and timely information to students and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the wider team to meet and exceed enrollment targets
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in student counseling or admissions within the education sector
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Basic IT skills and proficiency in social media platforms
- Energetic, outgoing, and result-oriented attitude
Nice-to-Have:
- Ability to communicate in Sinhala and Tamil
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
- Familiarity with CRM tools or education management systems
