Job Overview
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team in daily operations and long-term employee engagement initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in HR who is passionate about people, process, and precision—especially in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting like healthcare.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our people processes run smoothly—from onboarding and training to performance tracking and HR systems management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires
  • Assist in coordinating training and development sessions
  • Work with HR systems (HRIS) to manage data and track performance metrics
  • Help ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
  • Provide administrative support across a variety of HR functions
  • Collaborate with departments to resolve employee queries efficiently
  • Contribute to HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Degree or professional certification in Human Resource Management or Business Management
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally within the healthcare or service industry
  • Familiarity with performance management systems, onboarding, and training coordination
  • Solid understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience using HRIS software and tools
  • Previous exposure to HR functions in a hospital or clinical setting
