Role Description
This is a full-time role for a B2C Cold Calling Agent based out of our Lahore office with both on-site and remote capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products or services, address customer inquiries, and identify customer needs to suggest suitable solutions. Additionally, the role includes accurately documenting call details, meeting defined sales or lead generation targets, and collaborating closely with team members to refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential B2C customers to pitch products and services.

Actively listen to customer needs, address inquiries, and handle objections professionally.

Identify high-quality leads and successfully set appointments for the sales team.

Document call logs, customer interactions, and data accurately within the CRM system.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales, lead generation, and performance targets.

Collaborate with the team and leadership to share feedback and optimize calling strategies.
Qualifications

Communication Skills: Proven ability in customer communication, active listening, and relationship building.

Core Competencies: Strong proficiency in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment-setting strategies.

Technical Aptitude: Experience working with CRM tools, data entry platforms, and basic recordkeeping.

Mindset: Sales acumen with the resilience, adaptability, and professionalism required to handle rejection.

Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills to manage high call volumes effectively.

Language Skills: Proficiency in speaking and writing in English (or other required project languages).

Experience & Education:

Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or call center roles is a distinct advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or communication is a plus.
