We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented HR professional to support our HR operations and contribute to our dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll & Attendance: Process payroll accurately while monitoring and maintaining employee leave records and time attendance systems.

  • Travel Coordination: Manage travel arrangements, including air ticketing and both local and overseas travel planning.

  • Expat & Mobility Support: Handle the documentation, submission, and processing of work permits and visas.

  • Talent Acquisition & Engagement: Support ongoing recruitment activities and coordinate employee welfare initiatives.

  • Compliance: Ensure all HR operations comply with company policies and local regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements (Qualifications & Skills)

  • Education: Fully or partially qualified in Human Resources Management or a related professional field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a similar HR operations capacity.

  • Communication: Strong professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and manage time effectively.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong collaborative approach to teamwork.
