Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Attendance: Process payroll accurately while monitoring and maintaining employee leave records and time attendance systems.

Travel Coordination: Manage travel arrangements, including air ticketing and both local and overseas travel planning.

Expat & Mobility Support: Handle the documentation, submission, and processing of work permits and visas.

Talent Acquisition & Engagement: Support ongoing recruitment activities and coordinate employee welfare initiatives.

Compliance: Ensure all HR operations comply with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements (Qualifications & Skills)

Education: Fully or partially qualified in Human Resources Management or a related professional field.

Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a similar HR operations capacity.

Communication: Strong professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and manage time effectively.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong collaborative approach to teamwork.
