Role Profile
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the front-line representative for our brand, ensuring our clients receive exceptional support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Requirements

Education: Successful completion of GCE A/Ls. School leavers are highly encouraged to apply!

Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Sinhala are a must.

Tech Skills: Practical knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
