In this position, you will work with premium accounts, handle complex customer requirements, and engage with enterprise-level stakeholders—moving far beyond transactional, walk-in sales. What You Will Be Doing

  • Account Management: Partner with senior account managers to manage, nurture, and expand assigned customer accounts.

  • Revenue Generation: Identify strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities by developing a deep understanding of your clients’ business needs.

  • Consultative Selling: Engage customers using a value-driven, consultative sales approach rather than competing on price alone.

  • Deal Ownership: Take charge of customer follow-ups, proposal creation, pitch presentations, and commercial discussions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical and delivery teams to structure robust solutions that win deals.

  • Target Accountability: Drive revenue targets, facilitate account growth, and foster long-term customer retention. (Please note: This is a hands-on, high-impact commercial role, not sales administration.)

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development (prior experience in IT solutions, telecom, banking, or corporate B2B services is highly preferred).

  • Core Competencies: Strong negotiation, presentation, and enterprise stakeholder management skills.

  • Communication: An excellent command of English with natural confidence in client-facing interactions.

  • Mindset: A results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable taking full ownership and being accountable for commercial outcomes.
