Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic Insurance Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte. In this position, you will oversee insurance operations, develop strategic initiatives to increase market penetration, and lead a high-performing team to meet sales and performance goals.

Key responsibilities include evaluating and mitigating financial risks, nurturing strong client relationships to ensure top-tier customer service, and maintaining strict compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will drive staff development through training, foster a collaborative team culture, and analyze market trends to help guide our strategic direction.

Qualifications

  • Finance & Insurance Expertise: Solid understanding of insurance products, risk management concepts, and industry practices.

  • Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a successful team.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Strong relationship-management skills dedicated to maximizing client satisfaction and retention.

  • Sales Drive: Proficiency in building and executing strategies to hit targets and accelerate business growth.

  • Core Skills: Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

  • Credentials: Relevant professional certifications or qualifications in insurance and financial management are highly preferred.
