We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking a high-performing, self-driven Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing with proven experience in the interior, construction, or building materials sector.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets.

Lead product promotions, presentations, and brand-building initiatives.

Manage and strengthen professional relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend evaluations.
-
Handle client inquiries professionally and ensure timely follow-ups.
-
Participate in client meetings, project discussions, and site visits.
-
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.

Support and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
-
Partially or fully qualified in CIM/SLIM, or holds a Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business Management from a recognized local or international institution.

Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (experience with interior, flooring, construction, or architectural products is highly preferred).

Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala.

Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital marketing concepts.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Energetic, target-driven, and willing to travel for business when required.

Strong leadership and team coordination abilities are a distinct advantage.
