Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Senior Student Counsellor to join our team in Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte. In this role, you will guide students in selecting the right educational paths and institutions, provide insightful career counseling, and assist them through the visa application process. Additionally, you will build strong, lasting relationships with students, ensuring a supportive counseling experience and delivering high-quality customer service at every step.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in student and career counseling

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to providing a professional, supportive client experience

• Solid understanding of the international education field, including overseas school systems and admission processes

• Ability to work collaboratively to meet the unique needs of each student

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred

• Prior experience within the education consulting industry is a distinct advantage
