Job Summary
BUILDING CO. (BEST) L.L.C is seeking a highly skilled Planning Team Leader to oversee planning and scheduling activities across our portfolio of construction projects. In this role, you will lead a dedicated planning team, implement effective project controls, and ensure the timely delivery of world-class construction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Leadership: Lead and manage the planning team across multiple concurrent projects.

Scheduling: Develop, monitor, and update comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.

Performance Tracking: Track progress and prepare detailed reports, forecasts, and recovery plans to keep projects on target.

Collaboration: Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to align objectives.

Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.

Compliance: Ensure all activities remain in compliance with contractual timelines and reporting standards.

Claims Support: Support claims analysis and delay assessments when necessary.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 8–12 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry (10 years preferred).

Leadership: Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.

Communication: Excellent analytical and leadership skills; fluency in English is required (Arabic language skills are an advantage).
