Role Summary
As a Concierge Agent for W Residences, you are the primary point of connection for our Residence owners and their guests. You will orchestrate seamless experiences, from managing daily requests to providing expert local insights. This role requires a high-energy “Lobby Ambassador” who can balance sophisticated administrative tasks with the personalized, high-touch service standards of The Ritz-Carlton and W brands.
Key Responsibilities
Owner & Guest Relations

Personalized Assistance: Respond to requests for information, transportation, dining reservations, and dry cleaning by coordinating with premium providers.

Whatever/Whenever Service: Address unique needs and special requests with creative solutions, following up to ensure total satisfaction.

Local Expertise: Act as a local guide by providing summarized information on property amenities, surrounding area highlights, special events, and activities.

Elite Welcome: Serve as the Lobby Ambassador, welcoming owners and guests according to company standards and assisting individuals with disabilities.
Operational Excellence

Access Control: Manage building security by announcing all visitors and contractors to owners, permitting access only to authorized individuals, and utilizing the key track system.

Communication Hub: Answer and process all calls, messages, and concerns accurately. Coordinate with Engineering, Housekeeping, or Bell/Valet teams to resolve requests promptly.

Logistics Support: Assist with owner reservation services (HRS), schedule elevators for move-ins/outs, and coordinate valet services for owners’ vehicles.

Administration: Maintain shift logs and daily memo books to ensure a smooth transition of information between teams.

Safety & Compliance: Follow all company safety procedures, report incidents or unsafe conditions, and protect company assets and proprietary information.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience & Education

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience in a high-end hospitality or residential environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using telephone etiquette and basic computer systems for recording requests and managing keys.
Physical & Competency Requirements

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on accuracy and professional etiquette.

Stamina: Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an entire work shift.

Physical Tasks: Capability to move or lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
