Role Summary
We are seeking a Deputy Manager to support our leadership team in driving the growth and operational excellence of CEM’s Marketing Agency. Based on-site in Colombo, this role is central to overseeing daily operations, coordinating project execution, and monitoring team performance. You will act as a key collaborator across departments to ensure the agency meets its strategic objectives and maintains high efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight: Manage daily activities and workflows within the Marketing Agency to ensure optimal efficiency.

Project Coordination: Oversee the execution of marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deadlines and goals are met.

Team Leadership: Guide and inspire the team, monitoring performance and providing the necessary support to achieve collective targets.

Strategic Contribution: Assist in strategic decision-making and the development of growth plans based on performance metrics and market trends.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with company goals.

Reporting & Analysis: Draft comprehensive reports and use data-driven insights to assess performance and inform future initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience & Education

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in project management, business administration, or a related field.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial, digital media, or education sectors is a significant asset.
