Role Definition

The Enquiry Logging Agent plays a vital role in the efficient processing of insurance submissions for our underwriting teams. In this position, you will provide essential support to the Underwriting Support Manager by accurately entering and managing submissions within our internal logging systems.

You will work collaboratively with the Underwriting Support team to ensure all daily submissions are processed within agreed timeframes, while developing a specialized understanding of insurance offerings and internal workflow processes.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Administrative Support: Deliver high-quality administrative assistance to the Underwriting Support Manager to ensure the team consistently meets target turnaround times.

• Submission Management: Accurately log both new business and renewal submissions into the internal tracking system.

• Workflow Coordination: Collaborate closely with fellow Enquiry Administrators to maintain a steady and efficient processing flow throughout the workday.

• Data Integrity: Ensure all entered information is precise and categorized correctly to facilitate seamless underwriting review.

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision in data entry, including strong written and numeracy skills.

• Communication: A good command of the English language, both spoken and written.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication capabilities characterized by courtesy, patience, and a professional demeanor.

• Reliability: Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy and speed.

Educational Qualifications

• Education: GCE (O/L) / GCSE or an equivalent qualification.

• Technical: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data entry environments are preferred.
