About the Role

Expert Education is a trusted global consultancy with a robust presence across Asia and Australia. As our Sri Lanka team expands, we are seeking experienced Senior Education & Visa Counsellors to lead our European study destinations portfolio. While we welcome candidates with expertise in various global markets, this role specifically focuses on the European market (Ireland, Germany, France, etc.); therefore, specialized knowledge in these regions is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities

Student Journey Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle for students targeting global destinations, with a primary focus on Europe.

Academic Consulting: Provide advanced university and course recommendations tailored to individual student profiles and career goals.

Visa Processing: Manage end-to-end visa applications and embassy submissions, specifically navigating the complexities of European requirements.

Case Resolution: Professionally handle complex or previously refused visa cases, including managing appeals and re-applications.

Conversion & Growth: Convert inquiries into successful registrations to consistently achieve monthly KPIs and targets.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior counsellors as the team continues to grow.
Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of combined experience in student counselling and visa consulting within the Sri Lankan market.

Market Expertise: Prior experience with European destinations (Ireland, Germany, France, etc.) is highly recommended and will be a strong plus.

Communication: Exceptional English communication, presentation, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Drive: A target-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting performance milestones.

Education: A Degree or HND is preferred; however, we prioritize demonstrated professional experience and leadership potential over formal qualifications.
