What You’ll Do
Internal Communication

Strategy & Execution: Plan and implement internal communication initiatives across diverse corporate channels.

Content Creation: Develop engaging materials for company updates, policy changes, internal events, and cultural initiatives.

Management: Maintain communication calendars to ensure the timely and consistent dissemination of key messages.

Leadership Alignment: Work closely with senior leadership to refine and align messaging with the company’s vision.

Engagement: Monitor internal platforms and support activities designed to boost employee engagement.
Employer Branding

Brand Elevation: Design and execute initiatives aimed at strengthening our identity as a premier employer of choice.

Digital Presence: Manage and optimize company social media platforms and update website content to reflect current brand positioning.

External Coordination: Partner with external vendors and agencies to deliver high-quality branding projects.

Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on brand engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement and strategic growth.
Who We’re Looking For

Experience: 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or branding with a proven ability to craft compelling messages.

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with social media management and digital content tools (e.g., Canva) to create high-impact visual materials.

Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for brand consistency and high-quality outputs across all communication touchpoints.

Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced technology environment.
