About the Role

Reports to: Operations Specialist / Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operation Assistant to support the daily operations of our App platform. In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our platform’s stability and marketing execution. You will be responsible for campaign configurations, monitoring platform health, managing user feedback, and collaborating closely with our Product, Marketing, and Tech teams.

What You Will Do

1. Campaign Configuration & Execution

  • Deployment: Set up and schedule in-app tools (pop-ups, banners) and external reach channels (Push, Email) based on the marketing calendar.

  • Precision: Ensure 100% on-time deployment with zero configuration errors regarding dates, links, and targeting rules.

2. Quality Assurance (QA) & Platform Health

  • Health Checks: Conduct daily audits of core user journeys, including registration, login, and transaction flows.

  • Escalation: Identify and escalate critical bugs to the tech team immediately to safeguard system stability.

3. Content Maintenance & Updates

  • Platform Management: Execute timely updates to website and App Store/Google Play content, including copy, images, and banners.

  • Compliance: Maintain absolute accuracy and strictly adhere to content compliance guidelines.

4. User Feedback Triage & Support

  • Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defense for campaign-related issues (e.g., reward or coupon errors).

  • Monitoring: Categorize user feedback across CS channels, social media, and app reviews.

  • Documentation: Replicate and document bugs for the technical team within 24 hours and compile weekly reports with optimization suggestions.

5. Competitor & Market Monitoring

  • Benchmarking: Regularly monitor competitor platforms to track features and UX trends.

  • Strategy: Deliver monthly logs highlighting competitor optimizations to help guide our operational strategy.


What We Are Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in junior operations roles.

  • Industry: Experience in Internet, App, or E-commerce operations is highly preferred.

Hard Skills

  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken) as the primary working language.

  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with App campaign configuration flows and CMS tools.

  • Data Literacy: Ability to track operational data and generate straightforward reports.

  • Software: Highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Soft Skills

  • Meticulous: A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to error-free execution.

  • Communication: Excellent cross-cultural skills to articulate issues to technical and product teams.

  • Time Management: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
